Returns Policy
At YOYOGI, we
want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase — however, we understand
that sometimes you may change your mind.
We offer a 10-day return
window, meaning you have 10 days from the date of receiving your order to
request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the
same condition as when received, with tags attached and in its original
packaging. Please ensure you have your receipt or proof of purchase available.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged,

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend returning your original purchase once
approved and placing a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest
processing time.
Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original
payment method within 10 business days.

What delivery
options do we offer?
We offer fast, reliable delivery on all orders.
Free Next Day Delivery (1 Working Day) for orders over £30 on all orders to
England, Wales, and Scotland. Orders
below £30 have a small charge applied for Next Working Day Delivery (1 Working
Day). We also ship across Europe, with delivery typically taking 7–10 business
days.
When will my delivery take place?
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm.
Our courier partners will provide an estimated delivery window via SMS or email
once your parcel is out for delivery.
What if I’m not home to receive my order?
If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier will leave a card or
contact you directly. You can rearrange delivery or select a new date/time
using the tracking link provided via email or text message.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes — we currently ship to the UK and across Europe, including:
Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy,
Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and Switzerland.
